The Easter Egg Tree

Wishing all our families, friends, past present and future guests a very happy and peaceful Easter, and here is a quick and easy recipe for an Easter dessert - Mousse au chocolat"

Method

Use one eggcup per person and put 3-4 raspberries or strawberries into each eggcup

Make your favourite 'mousse au chocolat" recipe (fairly stiff mixture)

Using a piping bag, swirl the mousse onto the berries in each eggcup

Finish with a swirl on top and place a berry on top of the swirl
