This is the Abbaye Saint Martin de Canigou, situated at the end of an hour's (long but not difficult) walk up the Canigou mountain. Delightful spot within a half hour drive from Prades, where we stayed during this tour. Photo kindly provided by Ray who joined the tour. The weather was fabulous all the week, with just a little rain on the day we went across the border to Spain to see the home and art gallery of Salvador Dali. This interesting tour will be repeated in 2014. In the Costa Brava area of Spain, Catalan, there are many great things to see and do. Future tours of this area will include Tarragona with its Roman arenas, Montserrat mountain with its monastery and childrens choir, and some of the great beaches of this region. Watch out for future tours!
