Arrival in Bari (airport or train station). According to your arrival time, a private driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name. If you are staying at a hotel in Bari, pick-up will be arranged directly from your hotel.*

Check-in at Palazzo Paciotti for 2 night-stay (or similar).

Please note that check-in is usually available from 12:00. If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, you will still have the possibility to leave your luggage at the reception.

OVERNIGHT STAY IN TRANI

Trani & Castel del Monte, between sea and mysteries

Breakfast.

Meeting point – 10:00 AM Piazza Re Manfredi, at the entrance of the Swabian Castle.

Afterward, transfer to Castel del Monte, the legendary octagonal castle built by Frederick II and designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Return to Trani at 1:00 PM and free time for lunch.

Meeting point – 5:00 PM Piazza Re Manfredi, at the entrance of the Swabian Castle.

Guided tour of Trani, renowned for its sea-facing Cathedral and the medieval charm of its Jewish Quarter.

7:00 PM – Panoramic Sunset Aperitif A toast to art and beauty.

The guide will accompany you to the location where the aperitif will take place at 7:00 PM.

OVERNIGHT STAY IN TRANI

Taste traditions: burrata, sweets and extra virgin olive oil

Breakfast and check-out.

Meeting point – 8:45 AM In the hotel lobby. Luggage loading and departure.

Morning of authenticity:Transfer to a traditional Apulian dairy farm, where you will learn how to make mozzarella and burrata with your own hands.

Next, visit the Confetti Museum, a delicious journey through confectionery tradition and creativity.

Following this, a tour of an olive oil mill with extra virgin olive oil tasting, uncovering all the secrets of the famous “gold of Puglia.”

Departure for Bari, with arrival around 4:00 PM.

Check-in at Hotel Boston (or similar) for 3 night-stay and free time.

Matera & Bari: stone, history and flavors

A day entirely dedicated to discovering Matera, followed by an unforgettable street food tour in Bari’s historic center.

Breakfast.

Meeting point – 9:00 AM Teatro Petruzzelli, Corso Cavour, Bari.

Meet your driver and depart for Matera.

10:30 AM – Meeting with the local guide Piazza Vittorio Veneto, in front of the Banco di Napoli.

Begin your guided tour of Matera, the city of the Sassi and a European Capital of Culture, where every alleyway tells centuries of history.

12:30 PM – Free time for lunch.

2:00 PM – Meet your driver At the same drop-off point. Return transfer to Bari.

5:00 PM – Street Food Tour Piazza Federico II di Svevia.

Enjoy a Bari street food experience until 7:00 PM, tasting focaccia, panzerotti, sgagliozze, and other local specialties.

Alberobello & Polignano a Mare: a wonderful day

Breakfast.

Meeting point – 9:00 AM In front of Teatro Petruzzelli, Corso Cavour, Bari.

Meet your driver and depart for Alberobello.

10:30 AM – Meeting with the local guide Via Indipendenza, in front of Ristorante Terra Mossa.

Guided visit of Alberobello, including an olive oil tasting, to discover the charm and traditions of its iconic trulli.

12:00 PM Transfer to Polignano a Mare.Short walk to admire its stunning views and free time for lunch.

2:00 PM – Departure From the same drop-off point. Return to Bari.

Arrival is expected at 3.00 PM.

OVERNIGHT STAY IN BARI

Ostuni & Lecce: white and baroque

Breakfast and check-out.

Meeting point – 8:45 AM In the hotel lobby. Luggage loading and departure.

First stop in Ostuni, the “White City,” with its dazzling alleys and breathtaking views over the Itria Valley.

Meeting point – 10:30 AM Piazza Sant’Oronzo, in front of the Church of San Francesco. Begin your guided tour, lasting until 12:00 PM.

After the visit, transfer to Lecce and check-in at Hotel President for a 2-night stay.

In the afternoon you arrive in Lecce, the “Florence of the South,” renowned for its soft, theatrical Baroque architecture.

5:00 PM – Meeting with your guide Piazza Sant’Oronzo, in front of the statue of the saint. Guided tour of Lecce followed by an aperitif, ending at 7:00 PM.

Otranto & Gallipoli: sea and memory

Breakfast.

Meeting point – 9:00 AM At the hotel. Meet your driver and depart for the Adriatic coast.

Visit to Otranto

Arrival in Otranto and 45-minute tuk tuk tour, discovering the town’s cathedral, castle, and the stories of its martyrs. Free time.

11:00 AM – Meeting with the driver At the same drop-off point.

Transfer to Gallipoli.

12:00 PM – 50-minute of Gallipoli, overlooking the Ionian Sea, with a pleasant tour among bastions, harbors, and sea breezes.

Free time for lunch.

2:30 PM – Departure Return transfer to Lecce.

End of 8-day tour

Breakfast and check-out.

Meeting point – 10:00 AM Meet your driver and depart for Bari.

Arrival is expected at 12:00 PM. If this timing aligns well with your flight or train schedule, the driver can take you directly to the airport or train station at no extra cost.

If your departure is later, we can arrange luggage storage and an additional transfer from Bari city to Bari Airport for a €60 supplement, at the time you indicate.
