Beautiful Austria 8-day Cycling Tour 

This tour presents you the famous beauty of this summer region of the former Austrian emperor house. The "Salzkammergut" is known as the capital of The Sound of Music and belongs to one of the most charming regions in all of Austria: blue lakes, imposing mountains, green meadows and forests truly create a fairy tale landscape. The pristine lakes Mondsee, Attersee, Traunsee and Wolfgangsee are the most wellknown lakes in this region.

Country roads, cycling paths, field paths, terrain is hilly with some larger uphill stretches. Please be informed that there will be more traffic on country roads during the summer holidays.

• The mileages and approximations are distances of the recommended routes
• Please be prepared by packing all necessary items, for example, proper rain gear (jacket and pants), sun hat, sunscreen and proper sport shoes 
• The arrival journey to Salzburg is not included in the tour price and has to be arranged on your own 
• This cycling tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Individual requests are in special cases possible (ie. handicapped accessible room) 
• In Austria it is mandatory for children under 12 yrs to wear a helmet when on a bike
