Holland's Spring bulbs display Bike & Barge Tour

Some people call Amsterdam the smallest metropolis of Europe. The canals in the heart of Amsterdam, that were recently added to the UNESCO Cultural World Heritage list, are certainly one of the many highlights of this tour. There are of course many unique museums and plenty of places to shop but this 5 day mini-cruise is a gorgeous, short spring break primarily dominated by flowers. The tour plows through the most beautiful season of the year and will take you to many stunning locations such as "The Garden of Amsterdam". You may like to visit the famous flower market in the centre of the city and while you are there discover the "Zaanse Schans" open air museum. See windmills, watch a traditional cheese maker and clog maker and view an authentic, traditional Dutch village. Other highlights of this tour include visits to the historic city of Haarlem and Keukenhof near Lisse - a world famous flower park. The tour will also visit Aalsmeer that hosts the largest flower auction in the world. Enjoy some unforgettable days onboard a passenger barge that offers an excellent service and an alternating itinerary.

Cycling with windmill

I really enjoyed our Tour of the Netherlands. I loved biking every day. The pace was just right and we were allowed enough time to stop and look around. The food on the ship was excellent. Our cabin on the ship was excellent too. It was great to meet other tourists on the ship and have someone to share meals with. I highly recommend this type of vacation - April 2022
