The Danube cycling path does not end up in Vienna! East of Vienna begins the fascinating landscape of the Pannonian Lowlands. The wonderful “Donauauen” National Park is host to one of the last primeval forests in Europe. Furthermore, the Slovakian capital Bratislava enchants its guests with a lovely restored old city centre and numerous intriguing sights.
Paths are paved and mostly flat. Upon entering and leaving cities there is, but of course, traffic that must be closely observed
